About us
EQUITABLE COMMUNITY & Economic DEVLEOPMENT
We believe that quality projects are based on a
community-centered approach, identifying and building on community and organizational assets.
We are your partner, more than your consultant. We embed ourselves in your project, and in your organization. Our team and our entire network are available to serve your project.
Successful projects are rooted in collaboration, creativity, and a results-oriented strategy.
Our work is driven by a community-based framework and an equitable development approach, valuing public/private collaboration and partnerships as the means to success.
We understand the full arc of development and apply that knowledge to the concept development and predevelopment phases of your project — large or small.
We recognize the stop and start of real estate work, supporting you through those variabilities.
What is "planera?"
“Planera” is Swedish for the important concept of planning and designing. The Planera Group gives you the framework to initiate and implement your plan in line with your vision.
